The first quarter of 2025 saw intriguing trends in the high fantasy game category on a unified platform in the United States. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five games, with data provided by Sensor Tower.
Royal Kingdom from Dream Games showed a strong performance with weekly revenue peaking at about $1.9M by the end of March. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 282K and settling around 246K. Active users consistently increased, reaching approximately 946K by the quarter's end.
Archero 2, developed by HABBY, experienced a notable rise in revenue early in the quarter, peaking at $2M before gradually declining to around $1.1M. Downloads decreased from 516K to 81K, while active users saw a peak at 856K before stabilizing around 468K.
Coin Master by Moon Active maintained a robust revenue, averaging over $5M weekly, with a peak of $5.6M. Downloads initially at 159K dipped to 104K by March end. Active users fluctuated, ending the quarter at 522K.
Total Battle: Heroes vs Titans from Scorewarrior showed steady revenue growth, peaking at $1.7M in March. Downloads declined from 142K to 102K, yet active users remained relatively stable, ending at 409K.
Lastly, Cup Heroes by Voodoo saw a moderate revenue peaking at $127K initially, then stabilizing around $91K. Downloads decreased from 111K to 56K, and active users varied, closing the quarter at 318K.
