In Q1 2025, the top hospital games on a unified platform in El Salvador showcased varying performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Happy Hospital®: ASMR Game from DragonPlus saw a significant rise in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $213 by the end of March. Downloads surged notably from 370 in early March to 884 by the month's end. The game also maintained a growing base of active users, increasing from around 2.8K to 3.9K over the quarter.
Dentist Baby Games for Kids by Brainytrainee Ltd exhibited a steady increase in weekly revenue, reaching $116 in early March before stabilizing around $62 by the end of the quarter. Despite low download numbers, active users hovered around 53 to 84 throughout the period.
Happy Clinic: Hospital Game from Nordcurrent UAB had fluctuating weekly revenue, starting at $18 and ending at $24. Downloads were minimal, with only a few weeks showing activity. Active users gradually declined from 115 to 79 by the end of March.
Kids doctor games: hospital 3+ by Bimi Boo Kids had sporadic revenue, peaking at $62 in the last week of March. Downloads remained low throughout the quarter, with no active user data available.
Hospital Frenzy: Clinic Games from RedFish Game Studio experienced a gradual increase in revenue, reaching $31 in mid-March before tapering off. Downloads were minimal, with early January seeing the highest activity. Active users started at 46 but diminished to zero by the end of the quarter.
