State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
The first quarter of 2025 saw significant activity in the insurance app market in the Netherlands, with the top five apps showing varied performance trends on a unified platform. Here’s a closer look at their weekly downloads and active users.
CZ declareren experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at about 24.4K at the beginning of January and tapering off to around 3.1K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar downward trajectory, decreasing from 168.5K to approximately 80.7K over the quarter.
The FBTO Care app showed a decrease in downloads from 22.6K to around 3.7K. However, its active user base demonstrated a resurgence towards the end of the quarter, rising from 54.4K at the start to about 31.9K.
Zilveren Kruis saw downloads dip from 18.9K to approximately 3.5K. Active users fluctuated, starting at 224.4K, dipping mid-quarter, and ending at about 124.8K.
Consumentenbond had a notable spike in downloads during mid-February, reaching over 20.5K, before settling back to around 1.4K by the end of March.
Finally, VGZ downloads decreased from 13.7K to 2.2K, while active users showed a gradual decline, starting at 105.3K and ending at about 48.8K.
