In the first quarter of 2025, interactive story games in the UK showed varied performance across different metrics, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the top five games.
An Elmwood Trail by Sparsh Tyagi experienced a surge in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 71K in early February. Weekly revenue saw a significant rise, reaching $1.2K in the same period, while active users increased from 23K to a high of 93K.
Love Island: The Game from Fusebox Games maintained strong revenue figures, reaching a peak of about $107K in late January. Downloads peaked at 23.8K mid-January, with active users climbing to 40.8K in mid-February before declining towards the end of the quarter.
Episode - Choose Your Story by Episode Interactive saw consistent weekly revenue, with a high of $57.9K at the start of the quarter. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 12K in mid-February. Active users grew steadily, reaching over 100K in early March.
GossipMaster by Supersonic Studios Ltd had stable weekly downloads around 5K, with active users consistently above 100K throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Family Life!, also from Supersonic Studios Ltd, showed steady weekly revenue, peaking at $588 at the start of the quarter. Downloads were highest at 12.7K in late December, and active users hovered around 30K to 42K.
