In the first quarter of 2025, the top personal finance apps in Brazil showcased varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users on a unified platform. Sensor Tower provides the data insights for these popular apps.
Mobills - Budget Planner from Toro Investimentos Ltda. experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting strong at around $36K in early January, then dipping to $21.5K by mid-March before recovering slightly to $26.6K at the quarter's end. Downloads followed a downward trend, beginning at 28.3K and dropping to 16.9K mid-March, with a rebound to 23.1K by the end of March. Active users peaked at 615K at the start and decreased to 495K by the end of the quarter.
Organizze Budget Planner saw its weekly revenue begin at $11.3K, fluctuating throughout the quarter and ending at $8.6K. Downloads remained relatively stable, ranging from 5.4K to 10K, with a slight increase towards the end. Active users reached a high of 235K in early March before settling at 215K by the quarter's close.
Splitwise had a notable peak in weekly downloads at the start with 37.6K, which dropped significantly to 3.7K by the end of March. Revenue mirrored this pattern, starting at $9.7K, decreasing to $3.8K, and ending at $6.9K. Active users showed a similar trend, peaking at 389K and closing at 259K.
Minhas Finanças | Pessoais from Nimtech Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA saw weekly revenue start at $5.2K, peaking at $6.5K in early January, and ending at $4.7K. Downloads were highest at 15.1K initially, dropping to 6.2K mid-March, before rising again to 9.6K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained fairly stable, starting at 287K and concluding at 267K.
Lastly, Despezzas: controle financeiro exhibited steady weekly revenue, beginning at $3.7K and closing at $2.7K. Downloads showed a slight increase from 6K to 5.1K by the end of the quarter. Active users were consistent, starting at 27.6K and ending at 29.8K.
