In the first quarter of 2025, several personal finance apps in France displayed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement, with data sourced from Sensor Tower.
Finary: Budget & Money Tracker from Finary SAS showed a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $54.4K in late March. Downloads saw a significant rise towards the end of the quarter, reaching 17.6K, while the app maintained a strong base of active users, climbing from 114.3K to 135.6K.
Bankin' - Your money manager, published by Bankin' SAS, experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a peak of $18.9K in early February. The app's downloads were highest at the start of the quarter with 31.1K, and active users remained steady, hovering around the 1.2M mark throughout the period.
Linxo - L'app n°1 de budget from Linxo Group SAS saw modest revenue, reaching $8.5K mid-January. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, with a high of 2.5K in December, while active users increased slightly from 88.2K to over 101K by mid-March.
Wallet - Daily Budget & Profit by BudgetBakers s.r.o. maintained consistent revenue around $1.2K. Downloads were highest in December at 1.9K, with active users ranging between 10K and 14K, showing a slight decline mid-quarter.
Finally, YNAB from You Need A Budget LLC reported steady revenue, peaking at $1.3K at the start of the quarter. Downloads were modest, with active users slightly increasing from 1.3K to 1.4K by the end of March.
