In the first quarter of 2025, the top sandbox-like games in Slovakia on a unified platform exhibited diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement. Here's a closer look at how each app performed:
Roblox from Roblox Corporation showed a fluctuating revenue stream, peaking at approximately $45.8K in the first week of January before gradually declining to around $20.2K by the end of March. Weekly downloads started at 7.8K, decreasing steadily to about 3.9K. Meanwhile, active user numbers began at 262.6K, dropping to approximately 227.6K by the quarter's close.
Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! by Mojang experienced a modest revenue increase, closing the quarter at $3.8K. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 338 to 350 weekly. Active users hovered around the 100K mark, showing little fluctuation throughout the quarter.
ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live from NAVER Z Corporation maintained consistent revenue, ending March at $561. Downloads saw a gradual rise from 372 to 395. Active users exhibited minor variations, sustaining around 4K throughout the quarter.
One State RP: Role Play Online by CHILLBASE LTD showed a revenue peak in mid-February at $540, followed by a decline to $332. Downloads started strong at 1.9K but fell to 373 by the end of March. Active users increased from 4.5K to a peak of 5.4K before settling at 4.5K.
IMVU: Fun 3D Avatar Chat Game presented a stable revenue pattern, closing at $237. Downloads varied slightly, with a peak of 128 in late March. Active users decreased from 1.04K to 920 by the quarter's end.
