In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of the top 5 subscription games on a unified platform in the United States showcased interesting trends. Here's a closer look at how each app fared:
GTA: San Andreas – NETFLIX experienced a significant peak in weekly revenue, reaching about $3.7K in late February. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at around 82K and decreasing to about 58K by the end of March. Meanwhile, active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 690K throughout the quarter.
Hearts: Card Game maintained a steady revenue stream, with weekly earnings slightly above $1K. Downloads showed a noticeable increase in early March, peaking at approximately 9.5K. The active user base remained consistent, averaging around 58K to 64K.
Football Manager 2024 Mobile saw weekly revenue ranging from $295 to $770. Downloads showed a gradual decline, starting at 3.8K and dipping to around 2.8K by the end of March. Active users, however, showed a slow but steady increase, reaching around 103K.
Thumper: Pocket Edition had modest revenue, with figures peaking at $156 in early February. Downloads remained low, fluctuating between 5 and 22 weekly, without significant changes in active users.
Asphalt Xtreme reported a revenue peak of $230 in late February. Weekly downloads varied, with a high of 5.6K in January and a decrease to 3.5K by March's end. Active users saw minor fluctuations, averaging around 27K.
