In the first quarter of 2025, the top travel and local apps in Europe demonstrated varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared based on data from Sensor Tower.
Flightradar24 Flight Tracker saw its weekly revenue peak at approximately $216K at the end of March. Downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, with a notable increase to 184.8K in the final week. The app also experienced a rise in weekly active users, reaching over 6.1M by March 31.
For Blitzer.de PRO, weekly revenue showed a consistent upward trend, culminating at $158K in the last week of March. Downloads increased steadily, hitting 53.7K in the same period. Active users remained robust, peaking at over 2.3M.
park4night - Motorhome camper exhibited growth in all metrics. Revenue rose to around $64.9K by the end of March. Weekly downloads surged to 36K, while active users climbed to 613K.
The app Outdooractive. Hike and Ride saw revenue increase to approximately $71.9K by the end of the quarter. Downloads reached 18.5K, and the number of active users expanded to nearly 391K.
Lastly, OsmAnd — Maps & GPS Offline experienced modest growth. Weekly revenue peaked at $24.7K, while downloads rose to 20.8K. The app's active users also increased, reaching 221K by the quarter's end.
