State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!

The first quarter of 2025 saw significant activity for the top travel and local apps in Brazil. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps demonstrated varied trends across downloads and active users.
Airbnb began the quarter with strong weekly downloads of around 288K, which gradually decreased to approximately 153K by the end of March. Despite this decline, weekly active users remained robust, starting at 6.2M and ending just over 4.2M.
Instabridge: WiFi Hotspot Map experienced a consistent pattern in downloads, fluctuating between 87K and 108K weekly. Active users increased from 409K to a peak of 686K before settling at 565K by quarter's end. Revenue showed a modest upward trend, reaching $118 by the final week.
BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus download numbers began at 154K, dropping to about 79K. Active users followed a similar pattern, decreasing from 3.1M to just under 2.5M, with a slight rebound towards the end of the quarter.
Decolar: Voos e Hotéis maintained steady downloads initially, peaking at 105K, then declining to around 68K. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 1.6M and tapering to 1.2M by the end of March.
Livelo: juntar e trocar pontos showcased an upward movement in downloads, reaching a high of 93K mid-March. Active users increased from 1.5M to 1.8M, highlighting strong user engagement.
