State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the second quarter of 2025, Brazil's top consumer finance applications on the Android platform demonstrated varied performance trends, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.
Nu saw its weekly downloads peak at approximately 606K in early April, followed by fluctuations and ending the quarter with around 501K downloads. The app maintained a consistently high number of weekly active users, starting at about 81M and experiencing minor declines before closing the quarter strong at 81M.
Banco Itaú: Conta, Cartão e + experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, reaching a high of 519K in late May. Active users displayed a similar trend, beginning at 31.3M and ending the quarter with a rise to 32.7M.
CAIXA Tem had a surge in downloads to 457K in mid-April but ended the quarter with 237K. Active users showed a decrease from 16.6M to 13.7M over the quarter.
CAIXA displayed a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 347K in early June. Active users showed slight fluctuations, starting at 36.9M and concluding the quarter at 36.2M.
Inter - Send Money recorded its highest downloads at 320K in early June. The app maintained a stable active user base, beginning and ending the quarter with around 30.3M users.
