In the second quarter of 2025, the top free-to-play games on Android in Germany showcased varying performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower. Below, we explore the performance of these games in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
Block Blast! from HungryStudio saw a consistent download pattern, starting at around 39K weekly downloads and gradually declining to approximately 21K by the end of the quarter. The game maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users initially at 1.7M, experiencing a slight decline to 1.2M.
Vita Mahjong by Vita Studio displayed stable weekly downloads around 31K initially, with a slight dip and recovery, ending the quarter at about 27K. Revenue saw an upward trajectory, peaking at $969 in early June. The game’s active user count grew significantly from 462K to 655K.
Royal Kingdom from Dream Games experienced a dramatic rise in revenue from $12.5K to $123K by the end of the quarter. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 43K in late April, with active users increasing from 13K to 79K.
Kingshot by Century Games PTE. LTD. reported a robust revenue increase, starting at $55K and reaching $175K by the quarter’s end. Downloads were steady, mostly around 25K, while active users fluctuated, peaking at 45K.
Music Piano 7: Rush Song Games from Melodya Muses maintained consistent weekly downloads, ranging from 14K to 33K. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from 21K to 72K throughout the quarter.
