In the second quarter of 2025, the top health and fitness applications on the Android platform in Brazil showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at each app's trends during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Drogasil: Drogaria Online 24h from Raia Drogasil S.A. saw significant weekly downloads, starting at around 99K and maintaining a steady flow with fluctuations, peaking at approximately 103K in late April. The app's weekly active users increased from about 2.7M to over 3.1M by the end of June.
Flo Ovulation & Period Tracker by Flo Health Inc. experienced consistent weekly revenue, starting around $34.5K and ending at approximately $38.7K. Downloads increased significantly mid-quarter, reaching over 92K in early June. Weekly active users remained robust, fluctuating between 6.6M and 6.9M.
Raia - Farmácia 24 horas, also from Raia Drogasil S.A., had a varied download trend. It started at about 94.8K and saw a dip mid-quarter before rising again to approximately 53.4K in late June. Active users showed resilience, maintaining around 2M throughout the quarter.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike from Strava Inc. showed a strong revenue performance, beginning at $41.2K and peaking at $48.3K in early June. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at over 71K in late April. Active users, while starting at 2.6M, saw a slight decline to around 2.3M by the end of the quarter.
Health Tracker: BP Monitor App from HealthTracker Apps had modest revenue, with a notable peak of $25 in mid-June. Downloads were inconsistent, peaking at about 97.9K in late May. Active users increased significantly from 5.5K to over 122K by June.
