In the second quarter of 2025, several sports apps on the Android platform in Sweden demonstrated notable trends in downloads and active users, according to Sensor Tower.
Min Fotboll (officiell) saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads. The app peaked at 3.5K downloads in late April, before experiencing a decline to 166 by the end of June. Despite this drop in downloads, weekly active users steadily increased from 24.4K to 45.9K before tapering off to 38.2K.
SportAdmin: Ledare & medlemmar had a consistent presence with downloads starting at 2.4K and gradually decreasing to 481 by the quarter's end. The app's active user base began at 81.6K, with a noticeable decline to 39.3K over the three-month period.
DAZN - Watch Live Sports experienced a significant surge in weekly downloads, beginning modestly at 74 and peaking at 6.4K in mid-June. Correspondingly, active users increased from 3.6K to 15.1K, reflecting growing engagement. Revenue figures also rose from $82 to $175, indicating a successful quarter.
EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile Soccer maintained a robust weekly revenue, reaching $4.8K in early June. Downloads showed minor fluctuations, peaking at 1.5K. Active users remained stable, with a slight decrease from 14.5K to 12.2K by the end of the quarter.
Finally, ATG reported a steady download range, with a slight increase to 1.4K in late June. Although specific active user data was not available, the download stability suggests consistent user interest.
