In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of squad RPG apps on Android in the United States showcased interesting trends. According to Sensor Tower's data, these apps demonstrated varying patterns in downloads, revenue, and active users.
RAID: Shadow Legends from Plarium Global Ltd had a notable peak in weekly revenue at approximately $1.5M in early June. The app's downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of around 18.5K in late May. Active users started at 140K and experienced a decline, ending at roughly 131K by the end of the quarter.
CookieRun: Kingdom by Devsisters Corporation saw its highest weekly revenue at about $671K in mid-May, with a consistent download rate peaking at nearly 34K in early April. The app maintained a strong active user base, peaking at approximately 832K in early June.
DC: Dark Legion™ from FunPlus International AG experienced a peak in weekly revenue of around $580K at the end of March, while downloads started strong at 31.7K and declined to 9.7K by the end of June. Active users increased from 46K to a peak of 73K in mid-June.
Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes by Electronic Arts had a revenue peak of approximately $574K in mid-May. Downloads reached their highest at 13.6K in early June, with active users fluctuating around 144K throughout the quarter.
Finally, Hero Wars: Alliance from NEXTERS GLOBAL LTD showed a steady increase in revenue, peaking at about $428K in mid-June. Downloads were highest at over 31K in mid-May, while active users reached a peak of 27K in late May.
