In the second quarter of 2025, the top beauty retail apps on iOS in Brazil showcased varying performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared:
O Boticário experienced a dynamic quarter with weekly downloads peaking at around 61.3K in early June, despite fluctuations. Active users started at approximately 841K, dipped mid-quarter, but ended strong at about 727K.
Beleza na Web: Cosméticos maintained a consistent download rate, beginning the quarter with around 15.8K and closing with 16.1K weekly downloads. Active users fluctuated, starting at 238K, dropping mid-quarter, and rising again to approximately 214K by the end.
Natura (Oficial) saw a moderate download trend with weekly figures ranging from 10.9K to 18.5K. Active users began at 232K and showed an upward trend, reaching about 247K by quarter’s end.
Época Cosméticos & Perfumaria faced a decline in weekly downloads, starting from 16.1K and ending at 8.9K. However, active users showed resilience, beginning with 169K and fluctuating throughout, peaking near 195K.
SEPHORA: Maquiagem e Perfumes experienced a downward trend in downloads, starting at 17K and ending at 6.7K weekly downloads. Active users, however, saw an increase from 140K to about 164K mid-quarter before settling at 139K.
