In the second quarter of 2025, the insurance sector on the iOS platform in Spain saw significant activity among its top applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at the performance trends of the leading apps.

Ahora Tu! Salud y Bienestar had a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at about 11K in early June. The app also maintained a strong active user base, with figures rising from 106K to 142K before settling at around 95K by the end of June.

MAPFRE España | Seguros showed consistent weekly downloads, fluctuating between 4.2K and 5.3K. Active users grew steadily, reaching nearly 65K by the end of the quarter.

Mi Sanitas experienced a steady download rate, with numbers ranging from 2.4K to 4K. The app’s active user base demonstrated a slight dip mid-quarter before rebounding to approximately 133K.

Línea Directa maintained a stable download trend, averaging around 3.4K weekly. Active users saw a gradual increase, peaking at nearly 43K in the final week.

Lastly, ASISA saw a significant rise in downloads, reaching 5.7K in early June. Active users also increased over the quarter, closing at about 27K.
