In the second quarter of 2025, Australia's top consumer finance applications demonstrated varied performance trends on a unified platform. This analysis, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into weekly downloads and active user numbers.
CommBank maintained a stable download rate, peaking at around 28K in early April and ending June with 26.8K. The app's active users fluctuated slightly, starting at approximately 6.1M and experiencing minor changes throughout the quarter.
ANZ Plus saw weekly downloads rise in late June, reaching 19K. Active users showed a notable increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at around 880K.
Westpac had consistent weekly downloads, with a slight rise to 16.1K by late June. Active users remained steady, fluctuating between 1.8M and 2M.
Revolut: Send, spend and save showed a steady increase in downloads, reaching a peak of 16.1K in late May. Active users hovered around 230K to 250K throughout the quarter.
Finally, NAB Mobile Banking displayed a modest increase in downloads, finishing June with 14K. Active users remained stable, with minor fluctuations around 1.9M.
