In the second quarter of 2025, the top meal kits and specialty foods applications in Belgium showed varying performance trends on the unified platform, according to data from Sensor Tower.
HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery saw its weekly downloads fluctuate, with numbers peaking at around 2.1K at the beginning of April and gradually decreasing to 1.7K by the end of June. Meanwhile, its weekly active users showed a positive trend, starting from 79K and reaching over 91K by the quarter's end.
Vivino: Drink The Right Wine experienced a consistent weekly revenue, culminating in approximately $4.1K at the end of June. Downloads peaked mid-April with 1.7K, and its active users steadily increased from 42K to nearly 62K over the quarter.
Foodbag exhibited a declining trend in downloads, starting from 879 at the quarter's onset and decreasing to 449 by the end of June.
Factor_ Prepared Meal Delivery maintained a stable download rate, ranging between 250 and 330 throughout the quarter. Its active users showed a slight increase, ending the quarter at 3.5K.
Finally, Marley Spoon had a modest download count, peaking at 44 in late April. Active users increased significantly mid-June, reaching 1.2K, before finishing the quarter at 1K.
