In the second quarter of 2025, the top dragon-themed games on a unified platform in the United States showcased varied performance metrics, according to Sensor Tower data.
Merge Dragons! from Gram Games recorded a consistent weekly revenue, peaking at around $1.04M at the start of April. Weekly downloads saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, dropping from 37.1K to 21K. The game maintained a strong user base, although active users decreased from 291K to 263K.
Frost & Flame: King of Avalon by FunPlus International AG experienced fluctuations in revenue, reaching up to $448K at the end of June. Downloads varied, with the highest at 13.7K in early May. Active users showed a steady increase, ending the quarter with approximately 75.5K.
Dragon City: Battle Adventure! from Socialpoint saw weekly revenue peak at $172K mid-April. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a notable increase to 38.5K in mid-April. Active users declined from 328K to 230K by the quarter's end.
Dragonscapes Adventure by DianDian Interactive Holding reported modest revenue figures, with a slight dip to $80.5K in late June. Downloads were low, but saw a spike to 2.8K at the end of June. Active users fluctuated slightly, ending with 39.4K.
Finally, Dragons: Rise of Berk from Jeux Ludia Inc. exhibited significant growth in revenue, jumping to $210K in late June. Downloads increased notably, peaking at 61.9K in mid-June. Active users also grew from 43.3K to 86.1K by the end of the quarter.
