Top Health and Fitness Apps Performance in Ukraine Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app landscape in Ukraine showed diverse performance trends across the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) experienced a consistent download rate, starting at around 14K weekly downloads and slightly declining to 13K by the end of June. Its active user base fluctuated, peaking at approximately 593K but seeing some decreases throughout the quarter.

Step Counter - Pedometer saw an upward trend in downloads, beginning the quarter with 10K and reaching a high of 18.7K towards the end of June. Active users also increased, starting from 155K and reaching over 230K by the end of the quarter.

Kalorické Tabulky maintained stable revenue, peaking at about $7.9K. Downloads showed variability, ranging from 10K to 15K, while active users saw a minor decline, starting at 218K and ending around 194K.

Flo Ovulation & Period Tracker experienced a gradual decrease in revenue, from $1.1K to $507. Downloads remained steady between 8K and 10K, while active users displayed fluctuations, peaking at 1.48M.

Calz: Calorie Counter AI showed significant growth in revenue, reaching over $5K by the end of June. Downloads varied widely, starting from 3K and surging to 24K in late April, while active users increased from 4.8K to nearly 30K.
