The second quarter of 2025 saw varied performance for the top insurance applications in the United Kingdom, based on unified platform data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the trends:
Hastings Direct Insurance experienced consistent weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 39K by early June. The app maintained a strong presence with weekly active users climbing from 369K to over 549K by the end of the quarter.
Veygo by Admiral showed a notable increase in weekly downloads, reaching around 23.5K in early June. Its active user base also grew steadily, starting at 67.8K and ending the quarter at 76.7K.
Admiral Insurance saw a gradual increase in downloads, with numbers rising to roughly 19.5K by late June. Active users fluctuated but ended with a slight increase, closing at 193K.
Cuvva had consistent weekly downloads, peaking at 16.5K mid-June. Active users showed a mixed trend, declining initially but recovering to 54.8K by quarter’s end.
MyAviva - Insurance & Finance experienced a decline in downloads throughout the quarter, ending at 13.3K. Active users started at 310K but decreased to 204K by the end of June.
