In the second quarter of 2025, Brazil's top medical apps demonstrated varied performance trends on a unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Meu SUS Digital showed a consistent trend in downloads, peaking at around 184.9K at the beginning of April and experiencing fluctuations throughout the quarter, ending at approximately 114K. The app maintained a strong base of active users, with numbers reaching over 2.5M in late May before settling at about 1.36M by the end of June.
Doctoralia: Brasil had a steady download rate, with a slight peak at 36.1K in early May. Active users saw growth, starting at 425.5K and climbing to over 503.7K by the end of the quarter.
Amil Clientes experienced a relatively stable period with weekly downloads fluctuating between 20K and 33.5K. The active user base remained robust, with a noticeable increase to 1.39M by late June.
Hapvida NotreDame saw modest download figures, peaking at 17.8K in early June. However, active users saw a gradual decline from 896.6K in March to 664.5K by the end of June.
Finally, Agenda Fácil - Prefeitura SP had steady downloads, reaching a high of 16.6K in late May. Active users peaked at 295.2K in early June before declining to 233.3K by the quarter's end.
