In the second quarter of 2025, several personal finance apps in Mexico demonstrated notable trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. This data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers a comprehensive look at the top five apps in this category.
Saving Money - Budget Expense by ATH Software showed a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, peaking at around 23.6K in early May. The app's active users increased steadily, reaching 35.1K by early June.
Money Manager - Budget Planner from atiler banlaner experienced a consistent rise in active users, hitting a high of 76.3K in the first week of May. Downloads were sporadic but saw a peak of 11.2K during the same period.
Zenna, published by Fortress GB Limited, saw a significant surge in downloads mid-April with 22.5K. Active users also increased, reaching a high of 17.2K during this time.
NEKO: Budget & Bill Tracker from Tuxedo Lab LLC maintained a steady revenue stream, peaking at $1.7K in mid-May. Weekly downloads were stable, with active users reaching 17.2K by early June.
Finally, Splitwise showed strong revenue performance, peaking at $4.4K in June, while active users fluctuated, maintaining a significant base of over 41K by the end of the quarter.
