In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of the top casual games on the Android platform in Romania showed diverse trends, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the top 5 games:
Royal Kingdom by Dream Games, Ltd. experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $8K in late September. Weekly downloads saw a mid-quarter surge, reaching approximately 23K in mid-August. Active users grew steadily, peaking at about 88K before slightly declining towards the end of the quarter.
Subway Surfers from SYBO Games maintained a consistent user base with active users peaking at over 247K at the start of September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a high of 14K downloads in early September. Revenue, however, remained modest throughout the quarter.
Zen Color - Color By Number from Oakever Games saw a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 15K and dropping to around 3.5K by early September, before picking up again to 13K by the end of the month. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 70K in late September.
Lamar - Idle Vlogger by CrazyLabs LTD had a declining trend in downloads, starting from 15K and falling to just over 5K by the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a decline, from 24K at the beginning of the quarter to around 8K by the end.
Toca Boca World x Hello Kitty by Toca Boca maintained a strong user base with active users peaking at 167K in mid-August. Weekly downloads started strong at 11K and saw a dip to 4K in mid-September before recovering slightly. Revenue showed a steady decline throughout the quarter.
