In the third quarter of 2025, the top consumer finance applications on the Android platform in the United States showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into these trends.
Rocket Money - Bills & Budgets experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $57.7K in mid-August. Weekly downloads saw an early quarter high of approximately 53.7K, while active users varied, closing the quarter at about 1.66M.
EveryDollar: Budget Management demonstrated a steady increase in revenue, reaching approximately $51.4K in mid-September. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight decline towards quarter-end, and active users rose, finishing at around 280.8K.
Monarch: Budget & Track Money saw a notable rise in weekly revenue, peaking at about $44.9K in mid-August. Downloads hit a high of approximately 19K in early August, while active users maintained a steady presence, ending the quarter at close to 148.3K.
YNAB had consistent weekly revenue, with a peak of around $36.4K at the start of September. Downloads remained low but stable, and active users increased to about 209.9K by the quarter's end.
Finally, Quicken Simplifi: Budget Smart saw a gradual increase in revenue, surpassing $12.8K in mid-August. Downloads and active users showed moderate growth, with active users reaching around 193.8K by late September.
