In the third quarter of 2025, several apps in the delivered meal kits and specialty foods category showcased varied performance trends on the Android platform in the United States. Here's a closer look at the top five apps during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Vivino: Drink the Right Wine witnessed a significant increase in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $6.2K by late September. Downloads remained stable, averaging around 1K weekly, while active users fluctuated slightly, peaking at nearly 31.5K.
Blue Apron: Meal Kit Delivery saw a notable rise in downloads, climbing from 212 in early July to 1.4K by mid-September. Active users also showed growth, increasing to over 17.3K by the end of the quarter.
eMeals - Meal Planning Recipes maintained a steady download rate, averaging around 800 to 900 per week. Active users hovered around the 26K mark, with slight increases noted in September.
EveryPlate: Cooking Simplified experienced a decline in downloads from 3.4K at the start of the quarter to 755 by the end. Despite this, active users remained robust, averaging around 59K.
While Omaha Steaks had minimal download activity, it did not register significant changes in active users or revenue.
