In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of food delivery apps on the Android platform in France has shown notable trends. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into weekly downloads and active user metrics for the top five apps in this category.
Too Good To Go: End Food Waste experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 14.5K in early July and peaking at around 36.8K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users also showed an upward trend, growing from 1.17M to approximately 1.56M over the quarter.
Uber Eats: Food and Grocery maintained a steady download rate, beginning at 18.5K and reaching 22.5K by the end of the quarter. Meanwhile, its active user base fluctuated slightly, starting at 1.41M, dipping mid-quarter, and then climbing back to about 1.44M.
Deliveroo: Food & Shopping saw a varied download pattern, with initial downloads at 12.6K and a modest increase to 10K by the quarter's end. The app's active users displayed a recovery from a mid-quarter low of 454K to finish strong at 564K.
Jow - easy recipes & groceries showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $3.8K in September. Downloads rose significantly from 5.8K to 15.4K, and active users increased from 426K to 579K over the quarter.
Glovo: Food & Grocery Delivery had a fluctuating download trend, beginning with 6K, peaking mid-quarter, and settling at 5.2K by September's end. Its active user numbers varied, starting at 17.2K and ending at a similar level.
