2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the third quarter of 2025, the top five paid games on the Android platform in the United States showcased diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the performance of these popular games.
Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! from Mojang showed a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $246K in early July and ending at around $192K by the end of September. However, weekly downloads experienced an upward trend, peaking at about 8K in the final week of September. The weekly active users saw fluctuations, decreasing from over 500K at the start of the quarter to around 450K by quarter's end.
Bloons TD 6 by ninja kiwi had a steady revenue, with a slight dip mid-quarter, starting at around $39K and closing at approximately $24K. Downloads were relatively stable, with a minor rise towards the end of the quarter, reaching about 1.4K. The active user base fluctuated, starting at nearly 70K and ending at about 54K.
Balatro from Playstack experienced a decline in weekly revenue, beginning at $35K and tapering off to $21K. Downloads, however, saw an increase, closing the quarter at around 2.6K. The active users showed some variability, with numbers around 45K at the start and approximately 44K towards the end.
Heads Up! by Warner Bros. International Enterprises had a decrease in revenue, starting at $14K and ending at about $9K. Downloads initially surged to approximately 15K but later declined to around 6.8K. Active users decreased from over 118K to about 50K by the end of the quarter.
Geometry Dash from RobTop Games maintained relatively stable revenue, starting at around $10K and ending at $8.5K. Weekly downloads showed an upward trend, closing the quarter at about 1.9K. The active users fluctuated, starting at over 73K and dipping to around 57K.
