In the third quarter of 2025, the top consumer finance applications on the iOS platform in Austria demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads and active users. This data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the app market dynamics.
Revolut: Send, spend and save showed a consistent pattern in downloads, peaking at approximately 3.9K by the end of September. Active users fluctuated slightly, with numbers ranging from 107K to 126K throughout the quarter.
George Österreich experienced a decline in downloads mid-quarter, hitting a low of around 2.8K, but rebounded to about 3K by the end of September. Active users grew steadily, reaching over 767K by the quarter's close.
Splitwise maintained a steady weekly revenue, peaking at $421. Downloads saw a downward trend, decreasing from 2.6K to 1.4K. Active users fluctuated, ending the quarter at around 66K.
Mein ELBA-App had a modest download increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching over 2.2K. Active users showed positive growth, starting at 604K and ending at 602K.
Splid – Split group bills experienced a decline in weekly downloads, from 962 to 538. Active users varied, with a peak of approximately 12K in late August.
