In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of top fast food and fast casual restaurant apps on iOS in France showed varied trends across downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower reveals insightful patterns.
McDo France saw a progressive rise in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 19.9K and peaking at 22.7K by the end of September. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, beginning at 1.25M and closing at around 1.20M.
BURGER KING France experienced a steady download rate, with numbers ranging from 15.2K to 16.9K. Active users showed a slight decline, starting at 677K and ending at approximately 642K.
KFC France: Poulet & Burger downloads gradually increased, reaching a high of 15.9K in early September. Active users saw a significant rise, peaking at over 215K mid-September before stabilizing to 145K.
Quick France downloads were highest mid-quarter, with a notable spike to 17.9K in August. Active users increased from 58K to a peak of 77K in early September, before settling at 58K.
WeChef - Recipe Journal demonstrated a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 6.8K and decreasing to 5.3K by the end of the quarter. Revenue, however, saw a peak at $4.6K in mid-August.
These insights from Sensor Tower highlight the dynamic nature of app engagement and user interaction in the fast food sector in France.
