In the third quarter of 2025, the top 5 2D anime games in the Middle East showcased varied performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and active users on a unified platform. This analysis, powered by Sensor Tower, provides a closer look at each game's trends.
Hero Wars: Alliance Fantasy demonstrated a significant fluctuation in weekly revenue, peaking at around $53K by the end of September. Downloads initially rose to over 8K in mid-July, but gradually declined to under 5K by the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 34.5K, surging to over 41K, and then stabilizing around 37.5K.
DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE experienced an interesting revenue trajectory, with a notable spike to $46K in early July. Downloads saw a modest increase, reaching 4.9K in August, while active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 23K to 26K throughout the quarter.
AFK Arena maintained a steady revenue increase, peaking at approximately $10.5K in mid-September. Despite lower download numbers, peaking at 944 in June, active users showed a slight increase, stabilizing around 3.3K.
