Top Business Finance Apps in the US for Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the top Business Finance & Business Solutions apps on a unified platform in the United States showed varied performance, according to Sensor Tower data. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared in terms of downloads and active users.

Square Point of Sale (POS) from Block, Inc. saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, peaking at about 72K in early September. Active user numbers fluctuated, starting at 1.78M and ending at approximately 1.98M by the end of the quarter.

Gusto Mobile experienced a moderate increase in weekly downloads, reaching around 35K in early September. However, active users showed a decline from 653K to about 627K over the quarter.

QuickBooks Business Accounting by Intuit Inc. started the quarter with a revenue of $579K, which grew to approximately $649K by the end of September. Downloads decreased from 38K to about 21K, while active users fluctuated, peaking at 769K mid-quarter.

Stripe Dashboard maintained a steady increase in downloads, ending the quarter at about 18K weekly downloads. Active users saw a significant rise, starting at 181K and reaching 212K by the close of the quarter.

ONE@Work (formerly Even) recorded a slight increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 18K in early September. Active users showed a downward trend, beginning the quarter with 440K and ending with around 360K.
