In the third quarter of 2025, the top consumer finance applications in Chile showed varied performance on the unified platform, encompassing both iOS and Android users. Here's a closer look at the trends for these top apps based on Sensor Tower data.
BancoEstado saw an interesting fluctuation in its weekly downloads, with numbers rising significantly mid-quarter. Downloads peaked at about 50K in late July and maintained a strong presence with approximately 41K by the end of September. Weekly active users displayed a steady increase, starting at around 7.2M and reaching over 7.3M by the quarter's end.
Banco Falabella Chile experienced a similar pattern in downloads, with a notable peak of 29K at the end of July. Active users also increased, starting from 2.6M and reaching a peak of 2.85M by the end of the quarter.
Santander Chile maintained a consistent download rate, peaking at roughly 26K in late August. The app's active user base showed resilience, starting at 2.07M and ending at 2.14M, indicating a stable user engagement.
Santander PASS cl demonstrated an initial surge in downloads, reaching 35K in early July. However, the numbers saw a gradual decline towards the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar pattern, with numbers peaking at 1.25M by the end of September.
Finally, Mi Banco Chile showed a steady download pattern, with a slight increase to 17K in early August. Active users remained robust, climbing from 2.01M to 2.03M throughout the quarter.
