2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the third quarter of 2025, the top insurance apps in France demonstrated varied performance trends on a unified platform, combining data from both iOS and Android users. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, highlights important metrics such as downloads and active users.
Mon AXA Assurance experienced an initial high in weekly downloads at around 28K at the start of the quarter but saw fluctuations throughout, closing at nearly 18K by the end. Active users peaked at over 320K mid-September, indicating strong engagement despite a mid-quarter dip.
e-constat auto maintained a consistent download rate, hovering around 10K weekly. Active users presented a stable pattern with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 28K.
MACIF downloads showed a slight upward trend, starting below 10K and peaking at over 12K in early September. Active user numbers fluctuated but showed a notable rise, peaking at over 150K early in September.
Roole Premium saw a decline in downloads from approximately 13K at the beginning to around 9.5K by the end of the quarter. However, active users more than doubled, indicating increased user retention and engagement.
Mes Assurances displayed growth in both downloads and active users. Downloads started just under 10K and rose to over 12K, while active users increased significantly, peaking at over 138K in early September.
