The third quarter of 2025 saw significant activity in the Waifu games category on a unified platform in the United States. Sensor Tower provides insights into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends for the top 5 applications in this category.
Umamusume: Pretty Derby from Cygames, Inc. experienced a peak in weekly revenue at $5.5M in mid-July, with a gradual decline to $1M by the end of September. Downloads started strong at over 295K in early July, decreasing to around 25K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users also saw a decline from 527K to 339K.
GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE by Level Infinite had its highest revenue of $1.7M in mid-July, with fluctuations leading to $841K by the end of September. The download trend showed a peak at 18K in late July, dropping to around 8K. Active users decreased from 224K to 136K throughout the quarter.
Azur Lane from YOSTAR LIMITED maintained a stable presence, with weekly revenue reaching its peak at $416K in mid-September. Downloads remained low, peaking at 1.8K in early September. Active users increased steadily, reaching over 15K by the end of the quarter.
Run! Goddess by TOP GAMES INC. saw a consistent decline in revenue from $174K in late July to $76K by the end of September. Downloads decreased significantly from 25K to just 89 in the same period. Active users fell from 82K to 9K.
