In the fourth quarter of 2020, car gaming enthusiasts in France showed considerable engagement with top titles on the Android platform. Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into the performance trends of these games during this period.
F1 Clash - Car Racing Manager, published by Hutch Games from the United Kingdom, saw its revenue fluctuate with a peak of roughly $13K in early November and closing the quarter with around $12K. Downloads showed a declining trend from 4K to under 3K, while weekly active users gradually decreased from approximately 27K to 24K.
Huuuge Games - Play Together, the Polish publisher's Traffic Puzzle: Car Jam Escape, experienced revenue ranging from $1K to $2K. Downloads spiked to over 3K in late October, followed by a dip and another rise in mid-December. Weekly active users more than doubled, starting at 3K and ending with over 8K by the year's end.
Another notable performer was Car Parking Multiplayer by Kazakhstan's olzhass, which demonstrated a revenue increase from $402 to $668. Downloads saw a high in late October at nearly 7K but ended the quarter closer to 4.5K. The weekly active users showed a steady increase from around 49K to over 53K.
Fastlane: Road to Revenge, by UK-based Space Ape, had modest revenues which peaked at $756 in the third week of December. The game had no new downloads, while the number of weekly active users saw a dip to 316 at the end of December from a starting point of 540.
Lastly, Playsport Games' Motorsport Manager Game 2024 from the United Kingdom, showed revenues that varied between $354 and $651. Downloads peaked at 546 in the week leading up to Christmas, and weekly active users saw a slight uptick from 2.5K to just under 2K by the close of the quarter.
