Q4 2020 Performance of Top RTS Apps on iOS in France

As the year 2020 wrapped up, the real-time strategy (RTS) gaming category on iOS in France saw significant activity among its top contenders. Sensor Tower provides a comprehensive look into how these apps performed in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Clash Royale, a hit from Supercell, showed a fluctuating revenue trend in Q4 with peaks reaching $123K in early November and late December. Downloads for the game spiked to 25K in the week leading up to Christmas, while weekly active users saw a high of 658K in early October, eventually dipping to 565K by the year's end.
Art of War: Legions by Fastone Games, although not matching the revenue peaks of Clash Royale, displayed a steady performance with revenue reaching over $10K in the third week of December. The game's downloads saw a notable increase to 3K in the last week of October, while active users remained relatively stable, ending the year with around 19K weekly active users.
ToukaGames' Draw Defence had a modest presence with active users peaking at 3.4K in late October. The game's download numbers presented a more consistent pattern, maintaining around 1K to 2K downloads per week throughout the quarter.
Riot Games' TFT: Teamfight Tactics experienced a downward trend in revenue, ending the year with $970 in the last week of December. Downloads for TFT also followed a descending trajectory, concluding with 1.2K in the same period. Despite this, the game maintained a steady base of weekly active users, hovering around 15K to 23K throughout Q4.
Finally, CATS: Crash Arena Turbo Stars from ZeptoLab UK Limited showed modest revenue figures with an upward trend towards the end of the quarter, reaching $1.2K. Downloads peaked at 1.4K in the third week of December, while weekly active users saw an increase, finishing the quarter with 3.2K active users.
