As the year 2020 came to a close, fitness enthusiasts in the United Kingdom continued to rely on mobile applications to maintain their health and wellness goals. Based on data from Sensor Tower, we observed notable trends among the top 5 fitness and weight loss programs on the unified platform, which includes both iOS and Android data.

Courtney Black Fitness experienced a fluctuating revenue trend in Q4, peaking at around 238K USD in early November, with a subsequent dip and a slight rebound to close the quarter at approximately 189K USD. Downloads for the app saw an impressive spike in the final week of December, reaching over 8K, while the earlier weeks ranged between 2K and 6K downloads.

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike, a popular choice for tracking various physical activities, saw its revenue hovering between 120K USD and 190K USD throughout the quarter. The app's downloads hit a remarkable high of 63K in the last week of December. Weekly active users showed a peak of 1.2M in mid-November, before climbing back up to nearly 1.3M at the end of December.

Lastly, Calorie Counter +, a UK-based app, had its revenue ranging from roughly 72K USD to 132K USD. Downloads peaked at 30K in the final week, while active users increased to 114K at the quarter's end, compared to earlier weeks which saw numbers between 84K and 98K.
