In the first quarter of 2021, the Android jigsaw puzzle category saw varied performances among the top apps in the UK. Here's a snapshot of how five popular jigsaw puzzle applications fared, with data sourced from Sensor Tower.
ZiMAD's Magic Jigsaw Puzzles-Games HD experienced a fluctuating trend in downloads, peaking at 5K in the week of January 25th, and tapering off to around 4K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed a high in late January at 32K, with a slight decline to just under 30K by the quarter's end.
Critical Hit Software's Jigsaw Puzzle - Daily Puzzles had a notable spike in downloads to over 1K in the week of February 15th, but saw a general downward trend in weekly active users, dropping from 4K at the start of the quarter to just under 5K by the end.
Kristanix Games' Jigsaw Puzzles Epic showed relatively stable download numbers, hovering around 700-900 per week, with weekly active users declining slightly from just over 2K in late December to approximately 1.8K by the end of March.
Veraxen Ltd.'s Jigsaw Puzzles Collection HD saw a decrease in downloads from 2K at the beginning of the quarter to around 600 by March's end. The trend in weekly active users mirrored this decline, starting at 3K and falling to just over 1.6K.
Lastly, Easybrain's Jigsaw Puzzles - Puzzle Games stood out with a strong start at 12K downloads in the week of January 25th, before experiencing a decrease to 4.8K by the quarter's close. Weekly active users started at a high of 115K, decreasing over the quarter to 103K.
