During the second quarter of 2021, the top five auto applications in Austria showcased varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. The data for this analysis comes from Sensor Tower, providing insights into the market dynamics of these applications.
AutoScout24: Buy & sell cars experienced fluctuations in its weekly revenue, peaking at around $154 in the final week of March and showing another notable increase to $145 in the last week of May. Weekly downloads for the app ranged between 2.4K to 3.3K, with a slight dip mid-quarter. The active user base remained relatively stable throughout the quarter, hovering around 35K to 40K.
AUTODOC: buy quality car parts did not generate any revenue during this period but maintained a steady download rate, peaking at approximately 3.1K in early April before dropping to around 1.8K in mid-June. The app's active users also saw a slight decline from 16.3K to 14.4K throughout the quarter.
Führerschein-Test, while not generating any revenue, showed consistent weekly downloads, fluctuating between 1.4K and 2.2K. The download trend was relatively stable with minor variations each week.
gebrauchtwagen.at also did not report any revenue but had a steady download pattern. The weekly downloads ranged from 663 to 1.1K, with a noticeable decrease towards the end of the quarter.
CTOnline followed a similar trend of no revenue generation but maintained a consistent download rate. Weekly downloads fluctuated between 722 and 1.1K, with a significant peak of 906 in early June.
