In Q2 2021, the top cryptocurrency apps in the Netherlands exhibited diverse trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with approximately 29.2K downloads and ending with around 4.6K. However, the app saw a peak of 91.6K downloads in early May. Weekly active users showed a similar trend, peaking at roughly 532K mid-May and gradually decreasing to about 395K by the end of June.

Bitvavo | Bitcoin (BTC) Kopen also exhibited a downward trajectory in weekly downloads, beginning Q2 with around 30.4K downloads and dropping to approximately 3.8K by the end of June. Active users, however, remained relatively stable, peaking at about 283K in mid-May and ending the quarter with approximately 233K.

BLOX bitcoin & crypto trading downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at about 36.8K in mid-April and decreasing to around 3.5K by the end of June. Active user data was not available for this app.

Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting with approximately 5.7K and ending with around 2.3K. Weekly active users saw a peak of about 94.9K in mid-May, gradually decreasing to around 62.2K by the end of June.
