During the third quarter of 2021, the top five Wild West-themed games on Android in Latin America showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each game fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.
West Game from LeyiGames experienced a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at approximately $4.7K in mid-July and ending the quarter around $2.4K. Weekly downloads saw a significant drop from 55K at the start of the quarter to 18.7K by the end of September. Active users also decreased from 247K to about 207K over the same period.
Westland Survival: Cowboy Game by Helio Games saw a decline in revenue from $3.5K to $2K throughout the quarter. Downloads started strong at 30K but dipped to around 13K by the end of September. Active user numbers followed a similar trend, dropping from 123K to approximately 70K.
Wild West: Farm Town Build from Social Quantum Ltd had a relatively stable performance in terms of revenue, hovering around the $300-$600 range, with a peak of $605 in the last week of September. Downloads fluctuated between 4.5K and 8.4K, while active users increased from 5.7K to around 8.5K by the end of the quarter.
Frontier Justice by ONEMT saw a modest revenue range, peaking at $474 in mid-July and ending at $296. Downloads started at 12K but dropped to approximately 2.2K by the end of September. Despite the drop in downloads, active users showed a slight increase, starting at 49.7K and ending at 36.9K.
Wild Frontier: Town Defense from 37GAMES had the lowest performance among the top five. Revenue peaked at $873 in late August but fell to $93 by the end of September. Downloads were minimal, ranging from 260 to as low as 6 during the quarter. Active users decreased steadily from 1.1K to 570 over the quarter.
