The third quarter of 2021 showcased interesting trends for the top tycoon games on the iOS platform in Luxembourg. Here’s a closer look at the performance metrics for Township, Hay Day, Family Farm Adventure, SimCity BuildIt, and Atlantis Odyssey.
Township saw its weekly revenue peak at roughly $1.7K in late July and again in early August. The game also experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at 79 in late June and reaching 266 in early September. Active users for Township climbed from 989 to a high of 1.3K in early September before slightly declining towards the end of the quarter.
Hay Day experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at around $1.7K in late June and peaking at $2.3K by the end of September. Weekly downloads for Hay Day began at 202 and saw a decline to 86 by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 4K throughout the quarter with a slight dip in mid-September.
Family Farm Adventure had a varied performance in weekly revenue, peaking at $838 in early September. Downloads showed a declining trend, starting at 43 in late June and dropping to 11 by the end of September. Active users for Family Farm Adventure remained fairly stable, with a slight decrease from 169 to 192 over the quarter.
SimCity BuildIt had a mixed quarter in terms of revenue, with a high of $942 in early August. Downloads showed a modest increase from 34 in late June to 58 in early September before declining to 20 by the end of the quarter. Active users for SimCity BuildIt remained consistent, fluctuating around the 400s throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Atlantis Odyssey saw a peak revenue of $330 in early September. Downloads were relatively low, starting at 9 in late June and reaching a maximum of 80 in early August. Active users for Atlantis Odyssey showed a peak of 106 in early August before stabilizing around the 60s towards the end of the quarter.
