The third quarter of 2021 highlighted some interesting trends for the top social apps in Paraguay, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at how Facebook, Bigo Live - Live Streaming App, TikTok, Who - Live Video Chat, and Plato: Fun Multiplayer Games performed during this period.
Facebook experienced a fairly consistent weekly revenue pattern, peaking at around $541 in mid-August and maintaining figures mostly between $300 to $500 throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads for the app showed an upward trend, reaching approximately 21K by the end of September.
For Bigo Live - Live Streaming App, revenue saw significant fluctuations, hitting a high of about $904 in late August. Download numbers remained relatively stable but low, averaging around 200 to 300 per week.
TikTok had a notable increase in weekly revenue, culminating in a peak of approximately $1.3K at the end of September. Weekly downloads also showed strong performance, with figures consistently above 30K, peaking at around 42K in mid-September.
Who - Live Video Chat observed a steady rise in weekly revenue, reaching about $260 by the end of August. Downloads for the app varied slightly but generally hovered around 300 to 400 per week.
Lastly, Plato: Fun Multiplayer Games showed relatively stable revenue patterns, with a slight peak at $241 in late June. Weekly downloads for the app remained consistent, averaging around 1.8K to 2K.
