During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top five Art and Design applications on the Android platform in Israel demonstrated notable trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:
Canva: Design, Art & AI Editor had a fluctuating but overall positive trend in weekly revenue, starting at around $3.3K at the end of September and peaking at approximately $4.6K in late November. Weekly downloads showed an upward trend, starting at 1.7K and reaching up to 3.1K by mid-December. The app also maintained a stable number of weekly active users, averaging around 35K to 37K throughout the quarter.
Bazaart AI Photo Editor Design experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $146 in mid-December. Weekly downloads were more variable, with a high of 131 in late October and a low of 40 in mid-December. The weekly active users saw a slight decline, starting from 453 at the end of September and decreasing to 439 by the end of December.
GoDaddy Studio: Graphic Design had a mixed performance in terms of weekly revenue, with notable peaks in early November ($190) and mid-October ($130). Weekly downloads varied, reaching up to 97 in early November but dropping to as low as 30 in mid-October. The app’s active users saw a significant increase in early November, peaking at 80, before stabilizing around 30 by the end of the quarter.
Easy Fun showed an interesting revenue pattern, peaking at $225 in early November and maintaining smaller peaks throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads started at zero but quickly rose, peaking at 2.3K in early November. Although no active user data was provided, the download trends suggest growing popularity.
Adobe Express: AI Video Design had relatively stable weekly revenue, with minor fluctuations and a peak of $75 in mid-October. Weekly downloads were consistent, with a noticeable increase to 273 in mid-December. The app's active users also saw a significant rise, especially in mid-December, reaching up to 533 before stabilizing around 400 by the end of the quarter.
