In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top dinosaur-themed games on the Android platform in Mexico exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each game fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.
ARK: Survival Evolved from Studio Wildcard saw significant growth in all metrics. Weekly revenue began at around $800 and climbed steadily, peaking at approximately $2.5K in the final week of December. Downloads followed a similar upward trajectory, starting at 4.4K and reaching nearly 12K by the end of the quarter. Active users also surged, growing from 27K to nearly 49K.
Jurassic World Alive by Jam City, Inc. had variable performance. Revenue fluctuated, starting at $869 and reaching highs of around $1.9K in late November before settling at $1.1K by the end of December. Downloads showed a downward trend initially but stabilized at around 3.3K towards the end of the year. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging between 14K and 17K throughout the quarter.
Jurassic World™: The Game, also from Jam City, Inc., experienced steady revenue growth, beginning at $735 and increasing to about $1.5K by the end of December. Weekly downloads varied, starting at 14.5K and fluctuating around 9K to 10K. Active user numbers saw a decline from approximately 75K to around 59K during the quarter.
Crazy Dino Park by Infinite Dreams showed consistent performance in revenue, maintaining around $300 to $400 weekly. Downloads grew from 4.3K to about 7.3K by the end of December, and active users increased from 49K to approximately 53K, indicating a healthy user engagement.
LEGO® Jurassic World™ from Warner Bros. International Enterprises had modest metrics. Weekly revenue increased from $160 to $366 by the end of December. Downloads saw a significant increase towards the end of the quarter, jumping from around 78 to 146. Active users showed a slight upward trend, growing from about 124 to 204.
