In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 Otome games on the Android platform in Germany saw varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Is it Love? Stories - Roleplay from 1492 Studio experienced a decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $11.2K in late September and ending at around $6.8K in the final week of December. Weekly downloads showed fluctuations, peaking at 1.1K in early November and then dropping to zero by mid-December.
Obey Me! Anime Otome Sim Game by NTT Solmare Corporation saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, starting at $5.7K and peaking at $10.4K in mid-December. Downloads also trended upwards, reaching nearly 1K in the last week of December. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 7.1K to 7.9K by the end of the quarter.
Tears of Themis from COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. showed a mixed performance in revenue, fluctuating between $973 and $4.3K. Downloads were consistent, with a peak of 884 in early November, while active users remained stable around the 2K mark.
Flipped in Love by More2Game Ltd. had a peak revenue of $2.6K in early November but saw a decline to $701 by the end of December. The game did not record any downloads during this period, and active users gradually decreased from 232 to 185.
My Candy Love : Otome Sim Game from Beemoov Games experienced a revenue increase from $949 to $1.1K by the end of December. Downloads were highest in early October at 1.7K but dropped significantly afterward. Active users showed a slight decline from 7.1K to 5.6K throughout the quarter.
