In Q4 2021, the top five puzzle games on a unified platform in Europe showed varying trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, highlights the performance of June’s Journey: Hidden Objects, Angry Birds 2, Manor Matters, Bubble Witch 3 Saga, and Seekers Notes: Hidden Objects.
June’s Journey: Hidden Objects experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $693K and peaking at around $918K in mid-December. Weekly downloads showed a decline early in the quarter but rebounded to 72.9K by the end of December. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 1.2M to 1.4M.
Angry Birds 2 had a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at roughly $383K in the week of December 20. Weekly downloads saw significant growth, reaching 319K in the same week. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, climbing to over 2.2M by the end of the quarter.
Manor Matters showed varied weekly revenue, with a high of $369K in late October and a low of $234K in mid-November. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at 96.2K in the last week of December. Weekly active users saw a decline throughout the quarter, ending around 1.3M.
Bubble Witch 3 Saga displayed consistent weekly revenue, hovering around $170K to $205K. Weekly downloads peaked at 57.6K in mid-November but remained generally stable. The game maintained a consistent weekly active user base, ranging from 455K to 536K.
Seekers Notes: Hidden Objects saw a peak in weekly revenue of approximately $141K in late November. Weekly downloads also peaked at 29.2K in early December. Weekly active users showed an increase, reaching up to 87.1K in early December before slightly dropping to 73.7K by the end of the month.
