In the first quarter of 2022, the top arcade racing apps on iOS in Australia showcased varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Below, we highlight the metrics for Need for Speed No Limits, CarX Drift Racing 2, Hashiriya Drifter: Car Games, Torque Drift, and FR Legends.
Need for Speed No Limits experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at roughly $4.7K in early February before declining to about $2.3K by the end of March. Weekly downloads saw a significant drop from around 1.6K at the beginning of January to approximately 486 by the end of March. Active users also trended downward, starting at nearly 4K and ending the quarter at about 2K.
CarX Drift Racing 2 showed a steady increase in revenue, reaching about $3.8K in the third week of March. Downloads varied, with a peak of around 1.8K in late February, and active users fluctuated between 2.9K and 3.8K throughout the quarter.
Hashiriya Drifter: Car Games had a stable revenue trend, peaking at approximately $3.4K in late March. Downloads showed a decline, starting at about 1.4K in late December and dropping to around 867 by the end of March. Active users decreased from around 2.5K to 1.7K over the quarter.
Torque Drift experienced notable fluctuations in downloads, beginning with around 707 in late December and peaking at approximately 4.7K in early January. Revenue peaked at about $2.9K in early January before stabilizing. Active users rose significantly from about 1.9K in late December to over 4.1K by the end of March.
FR Legends displayed stable revenue trends, peaking at around $1.7K in late February. Downloads varied slightly, ranging from 555 to 825 throughout the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 1.5K and 1.9K.
